Holding Your Centre is a 2.5 hour somatic yoga workshop that explores how balance and boundaries are experienced in the body. In a world that often encourages pushing, over-giving, and constant responsiveness, this workshop offers space to slow down and reconnect with what supports you from the inside.

Over time, many of us develop movement habits, and life patterns that prioritise endurance over responsiveness. This workshop invites a different approach: one that centres choice, pacing, and respect for personal limits.

Through somatic yoga, breath, and reflective movement practices, we’ll explore how boundaries are experienced in the body and how we find balance to conserve energy, and restore intentionally. 

Drawing on nervous system, informed principles, this session focuses on supporting participants to carry somatic awareness into daily life, relationships, and ongoing practice to achieve balance.

This workshop completes the Returning to Self series, while remaining fully accessible as a standalone experience. 

This workshop is suitable for all levels and welcomes anyone seeking a steadier, more responsive relationship with their body and energy.
