What is Breathwork?
The term Pranayama means the expansion of life-force in the body. To do this, we utilise various breath techniques, often in conjunction with retentions and bandhas (energetic locks), that have various effects on the body. Some Breaths are heating, others cooling, some cleaning, others energizing. What they all do is leave you feeling amazing!
