IT’S OUR BIRTHDAY!!! Soul Seed is 5 years old this June and wow has the time flown. From those early days of constant lockdowns we are thrilled to have built such a kind, generous and loving community.

In celebration, we will be holding a beautiful BLISS EVENING to include a glorious and restorative Yoga Nidra followed up with a soothing and soulful Sound Bath to send you in to a deep state of relaxation.
