Prenatal Yoga Classes

Prenatal yoga creates a great foundation for moving through the changes and challenges of pregnancy providing tools that can be implemented during motherhood as well. You will be safely guided you through your practice with a focus on strength, relaxation and mindfulness with the opportunity to connect with other expectant Mums.

No previous yoga experience is required.

Classes are run in calendar monthly blocks and are usually ongoing. If you would like to join us for this very special class, please click below and find the start date on the calendar. Please note that the program is for 12 weeks gestation plus. If you are under 12 weeks we will require medical clearance. Please contact us to discuss.
