A Somatic Yoga Workshop for everyday practices
It’s mid way through the year and many of us are already holding a lot, moving quickly, adapting constantly, and staying outwardly functional while our bodies work hard behind the scenes.
This 2.5 hour somatic yoga workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to slow down and reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for steadiness and ease. Through accessible movement, breath, and guided somatic practices, we’ll explore how to build internal support and respond to life with greater regulation and resilience.
The workshop draws on nervous system informed practices, including vagus nerve regulation, to support a sense of safety, connection, and grounded presence without pushing or forcing change.
This is an invitation to listen, soften, and restore your relationship with your body as a source of support.
Suitable for all levels. This workshop can be attended on its own or as part of the Returning to Self seasonal series.
