Chanting Night – Sacred Sound & Shared Presence
Join us for an uplifting evening of sacred sound, connection, and devotion.
Chanting is the repetition of sacred sounds or mantras, and in the tradition of kirtan we chant together; names of the divine, simple phrases, and sounds that point toward love, unity, and remembrance.
This is more than music. Chanting is an embodied meditation that gently quietens the thinking mind, opens the heart, and allows us to drop into a deep state of presence. Through rhythm, breath, and repetition, the nervous system softens, emotions can move and release, and a natural sense of joy and ease often arises.
Practised in community, chanting becomes a shared experience of resonance and belonging. Even if you don’t sing along, simply listening allows the vibrations to work, supporting relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a felt sense of connection.
No experience is needed. You don’t need to “know how” to chant, sing, or be spiritual. You truly can’t do this wrong.
Just come as you are, be carried by the sound, and enjoy the magic of practicing together.
