The essence of yoga alignment is not only in the precision of the posture, but creating space for stillness, clarity and connection within. 

Would you like to feel more confident and connected in your yoga practice? In this workshop we will dive deeper into the foundational poses that make up Surya Namaskar A and Surya Namaskar B, bringing the focus to alignment, form, breath and function movement. Whether you are newer to your practice or have been practicing for a while, exploring your alignment can assist you move with more ease, stability and awareness.

You will learn how small adjustments that you can make, can transform how you experience a yoga shape and support your body’s unique structure.  In this workshop you will break down key poses, explore how alignment supports strength and mobility and learn variations to support your individual body. This is a supportive and informative session with time for questions and exploration.
